A national, freephone Action-line for young people affected by homophobic bullying is available 10am to 4pm weekdays. It gives callers the opportunity to receive confidential help and support. RACE FOR JUSTICE CAMPAIGN - was set up by Clinks and the National Body of Black Prisoner Support Groups (NBBPSG), with support from Nacro and a coalition of voluntary sector organisations. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the inequalities faced by black and minority ethnic men and women within the criminal justice system and the positive role that can be played by the voluntary and community sector in addressing this. The campaign will engage with policy makers, commissioners, opinion formers and influencers within the criminal justice system and the BME community through a programme of consultation, research and other activity, including events and publications. Advice Services Alliance (ASA) have launched a website www.isthatdiscrimination.org.uk to raise awareness of discrimination through public information and outreach work. The website aims to bring advice agencies together to share experience and help advisers recognize and deal with discrimination problems.

assistance to disabled people. They can diagnose and fix

The Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) - The
Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) is a programme that
supports the fitness industry to become more inclusive,
catering for the needs of disabled and non-disabled people
alike. Through a range of projects and products the
initiative has supported facilities across England to create
an inclusive service, increasing participation by disabled

The Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) has been
created to help prevent unsuitable people from working with
children and vulnerable adults. From autumn 2008, when you
recruit anyone new they will need to apply for ISA
registration as part of the recruitment process. Further

The Surf Right Toolbar is a tool from RNIB for anyone
who wants to adjust the way they view web content to make it
easier to read. Most of the functions that the Surf Right
Toolbar offers are already available via the Internet
options tab in the browser but many people are not aware of
how to find them. The toolbar is designed to make people’s
surfing experience easier and give them more viewing
